At Ccmcostume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
